Safe Deposit Box
With our distinctive and latest security system, our customers can store their valuable documents and goods to safe deposit boxes that grant maximum protection against fire, theft, and other losses. This facility is well-equipped with a treasure room, fingerprints identification, Personal Identification Number (PIN) combinations, and double safety locks.
Benefits of Safe Deposit Box at Commonwealth Bank:
- Equipped with two safe locks, where the customer’s safe deposit box is opened with a master key and a customer key simultaneously. Two master keys belong to Commonwealth Bank, and 2 customer keys belong to the customer.
- Open to individuals and institutions that maintain accounts at Commonwealth Bank.
- Hours of operation are business days from 08.30 – 15.30, with a 15-minute maximum allowable time per visit (flexible).
- Stored items do not need to be insured. Up two people other than the customer may be authorized to open a safe deposit box.
Customers are not allowed to stores any flammable & unlawful objects, chemically hazardous materials, and liquid substances.
RISK
- Changes in annual fee and deposit money that can be done at anytime and it will be informed to customers through branches, website or other media deemed appropriate by the Bank.
- Goods that are stored in the SDB is not guaranteed by LPS
- Force majeure
SUBMISSION PROCEDURE
- Open a Commonwealth Bank IDR account
- Fill in SDB application form
- Paid 1st year SDB deposit money and annual fee upfront
- Total minimum customer’s funding & lending portfolio at Commonwealth equal to IDR 300.000.000 (three hundred million) or above. Total portfolio includes placements in saving account, current account, time deposit, mutual fund, bancassurance, and loans
