In regards to Eid al-Adha 1444 H, we hereby inform you that on:

June 28th - 30th, 2023
COMMONWEALTH BANK OPERATIONAL SERVICES WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE

Our banking services can still be accessed through CommBank Mobile, CommBank SmartWealth, Internet Banking, CommBank ID, ATM Bank Commonwealth and ATM Bersama/Prima/Mastercard network.

Transaction arrangements at Bank Commonwealth during holiday season are as follows:

  1. Interbank transfer transactions with BI-FAST system normally according to the applicable schedule.

  2. Clearing transaction on June 27th, 2023 will be processed on normal schedule. Especially for zone 4 (Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya and Medan area) the clearing will be effective on July 3rd, 2023.

  3. Interbank transfer transaction with SKNBI, BI-RTGS and SWIFT method through Branches,
    Internet/Mobile Banking CommBank ID on June 27th, 2023 are processed according to the schedule applied, however for the transactions after cut off time will be processed on July 3rd, 2023.

  4. Standing Instruction and Future Date transaction with SKNBI, BI-RTGS and SWIFT method in
    Internet/Mobile Banking that has debit date on June 28th – 30th, 2023. Please provide the fund at the latest on June 26th, 2023, at 17.00 (local time).

  5. All Mutual Fund transactions (buying, transferring and reselling) and Bond transactions (buying and selling) on that date will be suspended and transactions can be resumed on July 3rd, 2023.

  6. For transactions of sale/purchase of Government Securities (Bonds) carried out on the date of June 23th – 27th, 2023 the following applies:
